Coordinate the agreed refurbishment or value-creation approach. Where refurbishment is part of the strategy, the work is scoped and coordinated against the agreed plan.
Refinance
Assess potential refinance opportunities with appropriate professionals, subject to lender criteria and valuation. Refinancing and capital release are never guaranteed.
Recycle Capital
Where the figures and funding conditions allow, plan the redeployment of released capital into the next acquisition, continuing the structured approach.
