Nature of the service

Acquisition Engine Pro provides property strategy and implementation coordination services. We do not provide regulated financial, mortgage, legal or tax advice. Where such advice is required, you should engage an appropriately qualified and authorised professional.

The assessment

The £1,500 Property Capital Strategy Assessment is a paid, standalone professional service. Indicative delivery is approximately 10 working days after receipt of all required information, subject to the agreed scope. There is no obligation to proceed into implementation. The fee may be credited against qualifying implementation fees within 60 days, subject to the written terms.

No guarantees

Property investment carries risk. Rental income, capital growth, refinance outcomes, acquisition and investment performance are not guaranteed and are subject to lender criteria, valuation and market conditions. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Applications

Submitting an investor application does not constitute a booking, a commitment to the assessment, or a guarantee of suitability. Suitability is assessed during an initial conversation.
